Food & Beverage-Service for Restaurants and Pubs

In case you own a pub, restaurant or hotel and intend to offer Australian food and beverages we would like to send you our “Food & Beverage Catalogue”. Apart from food, wines and beer we also have a wide range of decorative articles on offer. If you are planning a short-term event and need articles for decoration we can provide these on a loan-basis free of charge depending on the amount of the order placed. We can also give you a good price on one-way articles such as flag-picks or paper flags depending on the quantities ordered.Please enquire.

Should you be interested in other items of our product range we can make you a special offer on these as well. If you are loaning products we would ask you to carry the freight charges.

We have a very diverse range of meat and fish supplies for your menu:

 - Kangaroo Meat: this is a cholesterol-free alternative to all types of meat. It is particularly suitable for grilling, but also makes for a very tasty roast. It is an absolute “must” for all Aussie BBQ’s. We also have products like kangaroo salami, kangaroo sausages and kangaroo ham – just ask us!

  - Crocodile Meat :  comes only from crocodile farms and is white meat like turkey. It is full of protein and low on fat. It is easy to prepare :  just fry quickly or prepare like you would chicken meat. We also have very tasty recipes for you – ask us!

- Emu Meat: is also ideal for the health-conscious consumer, just as kangaroo meat is. It has a low-fat and low cholesterol value and is thus healthier than beef, with which it can definitely compete in taste!

     - Sea-food :  from the Pacific Ocean

 Also in the way of “Entertainment” (see pages 9 & 10 of our F & B catalogue),we can offer you a very diverse programme – be it didgeridoo players, Australian rock-bands, or boomerang-throwing-experts. Our latest attraction are the “Waltzing Matildas” a dance team of Australians who perform traditional Australian dances which is ideal for involving the audience who can take part.
