A short profile...Australia Shopping World GmbH

In 1993 Colin Truslove, an Australian, founded the company in Munich and called it “Australia Service”. The initial intention was to offer Australian products to Australians living in Germany and in Europe via mail-order and via retail outlet. 

Gradually our “Australia Shopping World GmbH” developed out of this idea with shops in Cologne and Berlin, including a mail-order service, a visa-service and a food & beverage service for restaurants and pubs on a European-wide scale.

Today we see ourselves as service-providers for all areas related to Australia:  

- we send out visa forms within Germany on behalf of the Australian Embassy to potential emigrants, visitors to Australia, and those wanting to stay in Australia on a Working Holiday visa or Student visa. - our mainly Australian staff  help convey a truly “Australian atmosphere” to customers who come into our shops 

- we provide competent advice in our shops or over the phone 6 days a week all year          round. And should we be closed (generally only on Sundays) you can find answers to many of your questions on our website www.australiashop.com . 

We hope we can convey the Australian flair and mentality to you to some extent.
